Cookies

Our Site uses "cookies" and other tracking technologies. Cookies recognize your computer to enable us to serve secure pages to our users without asking them to sign in repeatedly. If a user's system is idle for a defined time, the cookie will expire, forcing the user to sign in again to continue their session. This prevents unauthorized access to the user's information while they are away from their computer. Most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether or not to accept them, and how to remove them. You may choose to block or erase cookies. In the course of serving subscription content to you on our Site, our third‐party publisher partners may place or recognize a unique "cookie" on your browser.

The Necessity for Personal Information

Rodney Pimm Insurance Benefit Inc. RPIBI and our brokers are highly specialized in personal and business insurance solutions as well as investment, estate and retirement planning. Throughout the course of our relationship with you, your independent broker may collect personal information from you. This information typically includes “know your client” information about your personal circumstances, including your financial situation and your investment objectives, as well as information about your investments, banking information, social insurance number and medical information. RPIBI uses such personal information only for the purposes of administering your account and complying with legal and regulatory requirements.

Disclosing Personal Information

We may provide information to companies that perform services on our behalf (such as preparing and mailing statements or processing payments). We may also provide personal information to insurance carriers in which you invest or from which you obtain your insurance coverage and receive information from them about your policy. RPIBI does not disclose your information to any other organizations to use for their own purposes, and never sells or trades your personal information.

Administering Personal Information

Many independent brokers are also licensed to sell other products and may wish to provide advice and services to you in that capacity. If they do so, they are not acting on our behalf, and they will communicate with you themselves with respect to any other use or disclosure of the personal information they have collected.

Email Communications

With your consent, we may send you email notifications. If you no longer wish to receive updates or notifications, you may unsubscribe through the dedicated link on each email.
